Another excellent place to visit in Edinburgh. You must try their soup when you visit their lounge. It's scrumptious !
Easily my favourite cinema in Edinburgh. Fairly central and has a great selection films, ranging from current blockbusters to vintage and cult favourites. Staff are friendly and helpful and everything is reasonably priced as far as cinemas are concerned. The seats also recline which is never a bad thing. I don't think I would choose any other cinema before the cameo and I suggest that you do the same!

Good cinema. Seating is comfy. Only problem is they insist on blowing freezing cold air, which is a bit annoying. Food prices are ridiculously over priced as you'd expect in a cinema.
Love this cinema and am a regular. Clean, tidy, friendly staff who always have time to answer any questions.

Went to watch War Horse with my girlfriend and have to say the show was outstanding! The theatre itself is perfectly located just at the start of Edinburgh Old Town along the South Bridge and the theatre itself is a great size with easy access bar for start and intermission of whateve r you go and see. I liked how they had different ques for coffee or alcohol but considering how many people were three you weren't waiting long. Toilets on each level, again easy access and no time queuing. We were on level 3 and had an excellent view of the stage.
The was a very good experience. Staff were very helpful and Ben when busy had time for customers. Little time before start of theatre staff made sure food was prepared in time but with same quality. Well done that lady who made it work.

Excellent production of Guys and Dolls by Edinburgh Music Theatre in a great venue. Interval ice creams overpriced of course (as in every theatre). But programmes not, glad to say. And the ceiling of the King's - fairly recently restored or maybe even repainted altogether - is breathtaking.
A magnificent building to see a performance. We were in the upper circle but the view was fantastic. The seat was comfortable with adequate legroom. There are bar areas at each level that sell a range of soft and alcoholic drinks, as you might expect, they are expensive £15 for two glasses of wine and a fresh orange juice. There are no lifts in the building, so if you are someone who requires this form of access, then you need to stay away from the cheap seats :-) The staff were helpful and friendly. All in all a great venue (Cinderella was top notch too).

The staff at this Starbucks are the friendliest and most welcoming of any local branch. They look after their customers extremely well. The branch is also in a very convenient location indeed, being just a quarter of a mile from Princes Street and passed by many bus routes from all over the city.
Easy going downstairs bar with decent beer selection. Not too crowded nor too noisy when we were there. Notable, unusually inclusive toilet signage. Way to go, Scotland/Traverse! 👍
